Big windows and high ceilings enable maximum light in the offices, thereby reducing energy expenses on lighting and heating. In summer, the see-through automatic outdoor curtains protect against extensive sun heat, keeping cooling costs low.
Temperature control is partially solved with open concrete surfaces, which efficiently accumulate both warm and cold temperature depending on the season. In winter, additional heating is provided with energy-efficient hydronic floor heating.
