Temperature control is partially solved with open concrete surfaces, which efficiently accumulate both warm and cold temperature depending on the season. In winter, additional heating is provided with energy-efficient hydronic floor heating.

ENERGY-EFFICIENT LED LIGHTING

Energy-efficient LED lights are used throughout the building to reduce energy costs. In the common rooms, lighting with motion sensor is used to guarantee that the light is on only when people are in the room.
